Central Oklahoma College is now accepting applications for enrollment in our new Laser Technology program.

Applicants must be a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist or be a licensed medical professional (e.g., LPN, RN, MD, DO DDS etc.) or provide documentation of employment from a MD, DO, or DDS in a Medical Spa setting.

LASER TECHNOLOGY

This 100-hour Laser Technology program prepares students with the science and application of medical aesthetic lasers. In this extensive program students will learn the basics of laser biophysics, skin histology, and clinical applications. Hands-on training in Laser Hair Reduction, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), and Laser Resurfacing and Radio Frequency (RF). This course will also train students to be proficient in all aspects of laser safety

LASER HAIR REDUCTION

The Laser Hair Reduction program prepares students with the science and application of medical aesthetic lasers. In this extensive program students will learn the basics of laser biophysics, skin histology and clinical applications. This course will also train students to be proficient in aspects of laser safety, Laser Hair Reduction, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL). 35 hours

INTENSE PULSED LIGHT

The Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) program prepares students with the science and application of medical aesthetic lasers. In this extensive program students will learn the basics of laser biophysics, skin histology and clinical applications. This course will also train students to be proficient in aspects of laser safety, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and Vascular Lesion. 45 hours.

LASER RESURFACING AND RADIO FREQUENCY (RF)

The Laser Resurfacing and Radio Frequency (RF) program prepares students with the science and application of medical aesthetic lasers. In this extensive program students will learn the basics of laser biophysics, skin histology and clinical applications. This course will also train students to be proficient in aspects of laser safety, Laser Resurfacing & Toning, and Radio Frequency (RF). 40 hours.
