Payment must be paid in full prior to starting the class.
If the school cancels for any reason, participants are entitled to a full refund or credit towards a future class. If an enrollee cancels, the policy is as follows: 1. Cancellation within 3 days of signing the enrollment agreement, enrollee is entitled to a full refund.
Upon completion of the course described within the student will receive a certificate of completion.
My signature below signifies that I have read and understand all aspects of this agreement and do recognize my legal responsibilities in regard to this contract. Any holder of this consumer credit contract is subject to all claims and defenses which the debtor could assert against the seller of goods or services obtained pursuant hereto or with the proceeds hereof, recovery hereunder by the debtor shall not exceed amounts paid by the debtor hereunder. (This federal Trade Commission regulation Rule became effective May 14, 1976.)
